Thanks for visiting my blog. You’ll find out probably way more than you ever wanted to know about me, my 11 year old son who suffers from ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder and ODD, my husband, 2 year old son, our giant white dog and skittish grey cat. You may also find out a little about yourself along the way.
My aim with this blog is to bring to the surface many of the problems faced by parents of children with behavioural difficulties. Not only parenting tricky kids, but building relationships with any type of child you may have the care of. I hope to share our stories and connect with others who may feel alone or struggling with things that we as a society today don’t really believe is OK for kids to do.
My life is often funny, sometimes sad, frequently frustrating and always full of love. Hang on tight, grit your teeth and come along with me… but bring your ear plugs if you don’t like noise because we are seriously noisy!
